As standard, all Precoded purchases include one year’s support via our dedicated support website, which features discussion forums and an ever-expanding knowledge base.

Before submitting a support request, please check the knowledge base and existing discussions, as it’s possible we’ve already answered your question for another user.

  • Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm (UK time / GMT), except for public and staff holidays.
  • We are currently a very small team and we’ll do our best to answer your support request as soon as possible, but delays will sometimes be unavoidable.
